Soft gel capsules are on the larger side but are still easy to *. Nice sized softgels go down easily. These are larger capsules and the recommended dosage is 2 a day.
Krill oil contains phospholipids that make it easier for our bodies to absorb its nutrients. It is effective with no fishy aftertaste.
The packaging is very good and it just feels like a reputable brand. Zero regrets buying this.
