We have 2 rescue dogs and the youngest which is a 3 year old frenchie x sprocker is extremely vocal. This device has greatly reduced her barking and it no longer bothers so much.
This is easy to use, it's rechargeable is is brill so no wasting money on batteries! It’s very compact which is good, and it does work.

However our dogs are borde colies and they have managed to bark with lower frequency and like growling and poofing which doesnt activate the device

When he gets excited the bark is most annoying but when the machine clicks onwhich you can hear but not the actual noise he stops and looks around as if to say what was that

Our dogs always barked at the gate the worst when other dogs ran past since our bitch learned a stupid skipping story that was expressed by biting itself in our 2nd dog now had to be over
