Pros
As soon as the back neighbour lets the large dog out it charges over barking and jumping on the fence. We have them placed next to our back and front yard fences to cut down on the neighbor's dogs barking.
It works at the range it specifies. It 100% works with our norwegian elkhound. I’d contend that people that post bad reviews don’t unterstand how this works.
