It was driving me insane before this! It's literally magic! It is easy to operate. Happy owners have happy pets!

At first its hard to understand how it works but it was simply that it came without a battery and you had to put it to charge and turn it on by pressing the only button it has

We also have a very anxious 1 year old dog who was terrified of it the first couple of times we used it so much so that i almost sent it back

She does stop barking if i press the button without her seeing it but i have to make it a quick press then leave it

However our dogs are borde colies and they have managed to bark with lower frequency and like growling and poofing which doesnt activate the device

When he gets excited the bark is most annoying but when the machine clicks onwhich you can hear but not the actual noise he stops and looks around as if to say what was that
