I plan to do at least half an hour every day before breakfast and im sure in a few months ill be very much fitter

I chose these poles as they fold up small enough to go in a suitcase so i can thake them on holiday and they really do maybe i hadnt pushed them on hard enough but i kept shoving them back and they kept right on turning
