Pros
Grip is excellent, and installation is pretty user friendly if you use a bit of common sense. Seems like it'll be durable, but will update if i encounter issues with long term use. To keep me from slipping at my doorstep.

It loses its adhesion if it gets rained on. It’s just a yellow strip.
