Pros
I normally fit in a 2 or 3x, i feel like it's snug at the belly when i sit. It's plenty long so no worries about bending or squatting. The shirt fits true to size, and hasn't shrunk or faded when machine washed.
Material is soft and smooth! It's not bad or uncomfortable it just isn't as baggy as i like at the belly. The material is breathable and flowy without being clingy.
The delicate eyelet sleeves give it a dressy look, giving you options to dress it up or down. Many tops are boxy, but this is a more fitted look, which i prefer. It is a nice and flowing top that you could dress up or wear casually.
She will be wearing an undershirt with it. It goes well with jeans or capris. I am always hot but don’t like to wear sleeveless things to work.
Shirt is very long and looks better either knotted to one side or tucked in. Short sleeves but the lace like fabric on the sleeves is good for hot weather. I am only 5” 2” and will need to hem it as it is a little too long for me.

It is actually quite flattering with the square neckline and it hangs nicely.
I got this for my job and found that it was a bit too thin to wear (my bra was visible with the mint green).
It isn't baggy like on the model in the product listing.
Competitiveness
Cute shirt, a bit dressier than a plain t-shirt, could be used in business casual work environments.
For reference i’m 5’7 approximately 155lbs and wear a 36e on top.
I ordered my regular size and it fits more like a regular t-shirt.

I ran the shirt through the wash on hot water with bleach despite the recommendation to not use bleach

Make sure to turn the shirt inside out for washing as it looks like it might get pilly with repeated washing
