I noticed the 34double hem34 at the bottom and thought it looked like maybe a layer of chiffon over or under the top but it isnt

If you look at the photos one shows the hem from the outside you can clearly see the two 34layers34 and the unfinished hem and the other shows the hem from the inside it is one row of stitching which shows that an extra hem was added to the bottom of the original hem

It adds to the length of the top and its long enough that you could tuck it in if you wanted to but i dont know why you would lol
