Gigabyte service is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Neither provided shipping labels were prepaid.

Buy a different 4k monitor and don't cheap out on this one. I can't even comment on the kvm features because it died before i had a chance to get my setup complete.

Products never being returned once sent in, not being fixed, exorbitant shipping prices. When switching between sources audio frequently wouldn't be switched to the other source. Every direction i push it towards pulls up the volume menu only.

I've seen 4k benchmarks for certain gpu's/games under 60fps and that is a no go for me.

99 (amazon competitor) , definitely worth the price but anything over $350 bucks is definitely not worth buying it for.
