The only con is the pictures shown are different from what the actual item looks like

Dumbbell steel bar is too long and a bit uncomfortable to laid down if you are doing chest if you look at the picture the handles are exactly the length of the weight disks that when all in there is not metal piece remaining after screwing the nods

On the actual piece there is a remaining of about 4 cm on each side of the weights once you screwed all weights disks in
