Pros
Took minute to put together, pumped air in tires and bolted to bike post. Easy to attach rear lights of your own on the frame. Assembled it in a joff and can change the box out for straonger clip on top totes.
Wife always buys too much for this old donkey to lug. Comes with a hardshell, waterproof, lockable lid which beats the standard fabric cover any day. It can be stacked with other totes to effectively double total storage capacity.
The hitch system works well and is flexible enough to make tight turns. I was bit worried the hitch system would affect the ride, it does not. The only problem i have with the setup are the reflectors included.
Cons
The trailer is a nice idea and good design but it is not at all durable. The crate inside rattles quite a bit and there is a gap between the tire and axle so the trailer sways a bit.

Good product for the price, however, only time will tell , if the seat attachment and trailer clamp holds up!
Shipping
This took longer than expected to deliver.
There were some issues with the wheels that customer service resolved quick and without any delay.
Packaging/appearance
Easy peasey lemon squeezy 🤯😳😱🤩🥳🥳🥳😇☺️ i packed home so much groceries!
There is also a heavy duty fabric cover for the box to protect contents from the elements or theft.

When attaching the rod to the basket one of the 2 supplied screws barely has any threads to attach the nut let alone putting on the washers

That angle gets a lot of pressure and is slowly bending more and more at the intersectionjoint and anticipate it’ll break eventually
