Pros

The vinyl coating gives off an odor like sweat! It does the job and it's anti-slipping. The only drawback is that the surface is not completely smooth.

Cons

These are absolute junk. The handgrip is quite arge compared to professional gym models and too soft for a good grip. I’m so incredibly frustrated that i didn’t realize it wasn't a set!

Dumbbells are 'dipped' (coated) in plastic. After a little over 5 months one of them already has a 1-inch crack on the vinyl cover, all the way down to the inside. The cracked areas leave a weird residue on whatever surfaces they touch.
