Unfortunately, the first one we bought, which lasted more than a year, had instructions for the al13p, and the temps stated in that instruction sheet were quite a bit higher for 5 mil (we use 5 mil for letter size documents) than what is stated on the new 18 laminator surface (so glad they put that decal on the laminator itself).  Read Less
