Highly recommend this surge protector. Well hopefully apc stands by it's product and has made it right for those who had bad ones.
Cons
Chinese garbage. Product is clearly another item by same mfg (apc) won’t recommend this and returning.
Any jostling of the cord and the plugged-in item loses power. Simply doesn't power on. Since i'm out of the return window for this pos, my next steps are to try using zip ties or duct tape to keep the plugs firmly inserted.

This powers my computer and numerous other devices without issue and has been running great, even after a few power outages and surges.
Apc makes really nice stuff and i needed a thinner surge protector for tray i installed directly under my desk.
Shut itself off reliably after i accidentally exceeded it’s max draw several times.
Only useful if your plugs are small since and larger plus will overlap.
Price
Anyways, great surge protector for the price from a great company.
The peace of mind it gives me during thunderstorms is well worth the price.
This thing has way more than i needed, but for the price i couldnt resist!

I bought it last than a year ago i used it to power a fantvcell phone charger dvd player one day i was laying down going to sleep i keep hearing a poping sound and started to smell plastic burning as well i got up searching for the noise i noticed that the power strip green light are flashing when i got closer i smelled burnt plastic strong i unplugged it and took a closer look at it the power strip burnt but other than that i like it but i couldnt figure out why it burnt up

Its thin it fits behind furniture it has tons of plugs it has usb it doesnt look or feel like cheap plastic trash
