Pros

Ez to install and has already saved my computer at least 4 times. My favorite bit is the reboot command if it shuts down due to power outage. W draw limit is a bit close.

The monitoring and customization that you can get for this thing is perfect. Maybe not the easiest to understand, but incredibly useful. Battery life is still disappointing, but that’s the nature of the beast. Used apc products for yrs.

Cons

Battery reads 4/5 bars. Support is terrible. Poor engineering. Apc used to make higher quality stuff, apparently they're just cheap designs now as well.

On their website they show the battery, but do not actually link to any resellers that may have it in stock. Amazon need a process in place to know they have old stock that will fail based on exceeding shelf life. Got the device, hooked up the battery... Read More
