If i need a basic surge protector at my clients locations, this is my goto. Had a good amount of unexpected power outages for storms or maintenance. Flat plug makes it a space saver at the wall outlet.

Cons
The prongs fit slightly loosely into the plug, and so the connection is constantly being interrupted and all of my electronics are shutting off without warning. Several reviews by others mention the same issue with defective led lights.
Feels more like a refurbished product as it looks really nice, but performs sub par.
We open the door to the nursery and it was nothing but white smoke. Caused a fire. I like how they claim lightning protection. These are dangerous and should be recalled, because when the protection fails they overheat and could cause a fire!

Very sturdy and the plugs remain in place.
The material used feels high quality and the cord is quite long which is very handy!
These are not going to protect your equipment from a full on lightning surge, they are simply well built power strips.
The angled plug design reduces interference with other electronics plugged into the same wall outlet, which is a considerate feature.

I purchased this as a budget option/ first line of defense to protect my tv, home theater equipment, and gaming consoles.
Price was good and the unit has no issues, worked for my printer and pc, etc.
Works as described, good value for the price.
I bought this for the name brand apc, to me it's worth paying the little extra for the peace of mind.

I had the coffeemaker toaster blender and air fryer all connected to an extension cord and the toaster will stop working sometimes

Power strips should be replaced at least every 5 years in a business but i keep running across ancient ones that belong in my museum and not used to plug in a brand new 2k desktop or laptop so either i buy them or my client does but if your old power strip is now yellow when it started out white get these
