Apc recommends replacing the battery every 3 years, but the ups unit is already reporting this battery as bad and needing to be replaced after only 6 weeks. Unacceptably short lifespan.

I appreciate the user-friendly interface and easy setup process, and the compact design allows me to tuck it away under my desk quickly.

Great description and fit perfectly, glad i was able to save on getting a new one.

Battery had no charge so first thought it was defective.

Unplug, pop battery cover, pull old battery, insert new battery, replace cover, plug back in.

Price

They where a bit expensive, but come with a warranty, and have worked perfectly so far for a few outrages.

Amazon was the cheapest place to buy a replacement.

It's not worth the $20 savings or so for the unit to not operate correctly.

Shipping was fast and it arrived quickly.

It arrived as advertised, on schedule, and in good shape.

The battery was almost fully charged when it arrived.

It made it about a year and then my upc just started randomly shutting off.

Packaging/appearance

It was in a box inside a box with additional packaging material to protect it.

Watch your packaging, if damaged, make sure the replacement isn't cracked, these are sealed lead-acid batteries.

Competitiveness

Easy to install and adds life to the ups for a better price than buying brand new!

I highly recommend these over the cheaper clone offerings.

I've tried different brands with slightly varying results.

I looked and shopped around quite a lot, but i settled on the real apc batteries, rather than the cheaper knock-offs.
