Pros & Cons
Pros
Bought a bx950mi unit for my pc workstation and monitor. Comes with a iec c13 to c14 cable (kettle type plug, male to female) and usb cable. Apc tech support are brilliant. The power connector output from the ups is a c14 connector.

Others report similar problems with this unit in fora. Had to return for a full refund. Apc insist on users using only genuine (and expensive) battery replacements.

Quality
Impressed with the build quality and the replacement product
Easy to setup, does exactly what it says on the tin and does it well.
(charge it to 100%, disconnect it from mains and drain it to 0 then repeat 2 or 3 times).
Used to mitigate poor power conditions in my area, does it's job well and provides added protection to my sensitive devices
