Pros

You can permanently silence it by holding down the mute button. On the ups tab you then press the shutdown options button and tell your imac at what point you want it to shutdown.

When mains it being fed to the unit, it shows the mains voltage and when on battery, your up time remaining. Adds hours to my runtime. It's seems us through 2 power cuts with around 6 minutes to power down he nas boxes.

Br1200si has a built-in alarm that can be silenced when not in use. Built-in wi-fi means it can be used in an extended power outage. Easy to shutdown and easy to switch off.

Cons

Fan starts going full speed for no reason, no increase in load, load under 30%. Air extracted by the fan is totally cold and the unit is not even warm to touch. Device need to handle things better and continue providing electricity to connected device... Read More

Having recently purchased this item, the build quality is good, the display is clear and functional.

Very happy with the unit and works reliably and efficiently.

Impressed with the apc ups, but far less so with the delivery on this occasion.

This isn't a bad thing as, tbh the cables that come with the unit are awful.
