Pros

The battery is great, but fast shipping was unexcelled. Everything looks good. Shipped in very sturdy box and foam surround.

Cons

This product is not manufactured by apc as the picture depicts, it's an off brand battery. Here are five reasons why you should only use a genuine apc rbc(tm) in your apc ups. I have 5 of these upses and will not be buying from this seller again.

It is now 21st sep 2017 and the ups is saying battery discharged. There also is no pull tab to remove it from the unit when it needs to be replaced. It's clear they are trying to force the extra few dollars for one of their newer units.

Item was received and we were able to "hot-swap" the battery into our apc ups without issue.

Everything else was just fine - packaging, price, construction, etc.

Once i received it to see for myself, it's the decals and the pull-assist strip that are mounted backwards.

I decided that its not worth saving a few bucks to use generic because i found that overall they last a bit less than oem.

They last longer and provide more dependability than other brands.
