    Works great but apc support sucks hard

    We have a rack with square holes and cage nuts the provided racks do not work with that configuration after several hours on the phone and many transfers i gave upi put the screws into the provided rack and hit it with a hammer to remove the captive nut after that i was able to get our larger screws for the cage nut in and rack it

    None of these type units will provide more than 1020 minutes run time for a bank of servers depending on configuration so dont expect to be off line power for any length of time and still have servers up

    Even without the batteries in the unit is fairly heavy
