Regardless, this is a great model and it puts apc back in the game amongst its competitors.

Apc has always done a good job with their ups's and this one appears to be no exception.

There is no apc or cyberpower software now to load on apple macs for displaying or configuring ups settings.

As also noted in the warranty section here, apc offers 24x7 tech support with 1yr and 3yr extended warranties on smc/smt models.
