This is a good quality unit from a reliable manufacturer.
Does the basic alert notification and easy to use for a branch office it closet. Online configuration is absolutely easy monitoring and alerting software is free, no subscription.
Cons
Comes with non-standard 120v plug; not noted anywhere on description (and if it is, i clearly missed it). In now have to take everything apart and rewire everything because there is apparently a lack of quality control. Kept power on battery for 6 hou... Read More

I have been very happy with the performance of the ups.
I was overpowering my br-1500g with my loads with the system constantly in overload state.

Unfortunately, there was an issue where the products were damaged in shipping.

Product arrived in excellent shape in professional packaging for heavy products via the u.
Ordered 3000va and when it arrived the packaging was in tatters (but then again, it is about 100 pounds, so not the surprised).

I purchased this smt1500c to replace a failing cyberpower ups and so far it's been great.
This is the top of the line 75ah model, but they make a less expensive 55ah model that will likely suit most needs.
That is what i have all my br-1500g ups's showing.

Not happy that the display rotates screen outputs in advanced display state and the standard display setting does not show wattage which is what i normally want showing

The only drawback was needing a 25 apc smart signaling cable in order to utilize pfsenses apcupsd server package via modbus for workstation shutdown signaling over the network but this apcproprietary cable was not included the upss lone usb port was already occupied by a synology server

I finally got it to talk to my laptop via the usb cable and an external drive to load the software but the version on the website for apc doesnt work

Also when i first started it up it did a self test and told me the battery failed
