Pros

There is nothing wrong with any of this, per se. An it person who does this all day will not be troubled in the least. No issues, no complaint.

Everyone of our ups solutions has been engineered to have a runtime of about 2 hours. This is partly for redundancy, but mostly to keep the load as light as possible on each ups to avoid burning out its inverter.

Cons

Kept power on battery for 6 hours after unplugging. After plugging back in - it shows load 0%, battery 0% indefinitely (for over 16 hours) if unplugged - drops the power. The new “connected” via lan makes no sense since there are no controls and a usb... Read More

They feel no obligation to be conscientious. Apc is, imo, dishonest, or at least deceptive.

That is an unusually long amount of time, but with the original batteries, the 2-hour goal was met.

The one problem area is with the batteries.

Unfortunately, there was an issue where the products were damaged in shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Right out of the box i hooked everything up as directed and it connected to the internet and away we went.

Ordered 3000va and when it arrived the packaging was in tatters (but then again, it is about 100 pounds, so not the surprised).

Competitiveness

This is the top of the line 75ah model, but they make a less expensive 55ah model that will likely suit most needs.

There is also a caldigit tb3 dock and lg ultrawide display attached.

I just removed the internal battery pack by disconnecting the gray 50-amp anderson connector.

I'm done with some of the newer cheaper brands of ups's.
