The instructions come on cd. That solves the problem. An it person who does this all day will not be troubled in the least. No issues, no complaint.

This is a cloud enabled unit, it doesn't come with wifi! Was able to hook up my synology 418 with automatic shutdown. Saved us already from one power outage. Does the basic alert notification and easy to use for a branch office it closet.

Unfortunately, there was an issue where the products were damaged in shipping.

Right out of the box i hooked everything up as directed and it connected to the internet and away we went.

Competitiveness

This is the top of the line 75ah model, but they make a less expensive 55ah model that will likely suit most needs.

Purchased to replace three other smaller apc ups's.

I just removed the internal battery pack by disconnecting the gray 50-amp anderson connector.

I'm done with some of the newer cheaper brands of ups's.
