Pros

The product is vers han-dynastie. I do hope that a competitor comes out with something similar, but with a serviceable battery. Hopefully the new technology lives up to its hype over time.

It takes a day to fully charge, but the system has worked fantastic so far. It's usually just out for less than a minute, but it's enough to reset the router. By the way, this back-up lasts a long time.

Most voip providers have built in redundancies to keep communication possible during a power outage. I have at&t internet and voip which provides easy set up for this backup.

Cons

This product just appears to be a dud for them unfortunately. Will dispose of it and start researching another product for my requirements. When i plug it in to my router, the router loses power and the internet goes out.
