There is a mute icon on it with no mute button. When everything is plugged in and back online, the powerchute software shows around a 20% charge.
This is the 3rd time i received an apc ups that was doa! Went with tripp lite and cyber power until this one. It shorted out the starlink and accompanied router only things plugged in.

Price
Affordable insurance and peace of mind for all your high-priced electronics.
It's basically just any old 900va ups with no extra bells or whistles at a premium price.
If you value your thousands of dollars of tech.
Therefore i see it as being quite expensive for what it is.
Shipping
It’s been about 17 days after receiving the ups as of writing this, and all i can say is it’s amazing!
Remember the following details about the ups:the ups arrived securely packaged, and the setup was quick and easy.
I just wonder if these could have been a saftey hazard during shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Cons:packaging is mostly paper, but there's still some plastic involved.
Package is new, unopened, and is the real deal.
Competitiveness
Placement of outlets on ups better than competitors.
Because there are cheaper options that i consider just as good as this unit, i would most likely go for one of those next time.
