Lift cylinder is still perfect. Everything is perfect. Lovely service by savya.
Easy to assemble and comfortable just like office chair with lumbar support. Like the comfort and under thigh support. Seller provides extra warranty along with 1 year warranty too.
Cons
Back lumbar adjustment is not upto the mark. Better buy a plastic chair with lesser height. Allen key tightened came loose in few weeks.

Product is very nice and easy to assemble and quality is ok for this price range but amazon has to look into this courier related issues from delhivery they wont provide proper service to customers and i suggest amazon to do their own amazon self services rather than delhivery the worst courier company i have ever seen before
