Pros

These people are the absolute best! This rack is perfect.

The adjustable rack is easy to use. Very easy and quick loading and unloading. There are adjusting knobs on the bottom of the bike tray.

Folds up vertically when not in use. Leans out to clear hatch on our odyssey. I plan to swap the plastic-head thumb screws on the wheel saddles to thru-bolted stainless bolts.

It's pretty straight forward to put together and install. The whole thing was assembled and working in about 45 minutes.

Cons

The manufacturer says there is a one year warranty through the seller. Unfortunately for my self it was bought 6 months ago so no refund. Pretty frustrating on a brand new, $200 bike carrier.
