Cons
Ergonomics is not good. Adjustable armrest is not adjustable. The cushion used in chair is very very hard and not of good quality.
Quality of the product is very pathetic. It was delivered with open carton. Only packing of product look like a branded chair. Please don’t buy anything from this brand.
It is very disrespectful and insulting to have to beg someone to fix something that barely takes 10mins. Purchased in november 2021, writing this in may 2022.

Looked like an old stockthe nail rings was rusted so had requested a replacement the replacement was quick and the product delivered was excellent as shown in image its sturdy and efficient
