We had another brand that looks and works the same as this one but the tubing connecter was just a push on and eventually it kept popping off spaying water all over

Came in a box all neat and tidy super simple to install i let the unit bleed as instructed black water most likely from the carbon came out the first 20 seconds or so

Bought another filter from hsn and it exploded in the second week of use

I first installed it without tape per the instructions and had a small leak no matter how hard i tightened it enough to bend a quarter

Might not be necessary to install the adapter since tightening the diverter also tightens the adapter but removing the adapter from the faucet is impossible without using a tool
