Pros

The unit is easy to use and the folding feature is nice when the platform is not in use with a wheelchair or scooter.

Cons

It's super unstable on my car and feels super flimsy. The part that makes it unusable is the fact it sits three inches off the ground when my dad’s wheelchair is on it.

Ramp bracket is a little bent and the double spring pull pin does not match with the bracket to hold it upright. Had to use a hammer to get the hitch into the hitch receiver on the platform. We could have taken the receiver somewhere to have it drille... Read More
