The packaging, painted finish, and the gauge of the steel used is all excellent.
The worst thing i can think of is when sliding down the hooks, be careful not to scratch the paint.

If you order it as the four bike carrier it is extremely long

The construction is quite nice allowing the carrier to fold down without bikes which allows for access to the back of a truck with the tailgate down you cant do this while the carrier has bikes on it

It is made to fit the 2 receiver hitch only and states not to use an adapter as the adapter will be the weak point

This bike rack seems to be of high quality and well engineered but beware contrary to the assurances set forth in it’s detailed “product description” it does not have the “convenient tiltdown” function which would allow access to vehicle trunkhatch “without the hassle of having to remove the bikes”
