I put a bungee across the front to break the air and the road noise is significantly diminished

Instructions were pretty good, and had all the pieces and parts minus 1 lock washer.

This was an excellent value for the price.

Great price for a multi use rack.

It would cost at least twice as much to return it than we paid for it.

For the price of this product , this is very reasonable.

Shipping

It might be nice if it was clear that the shipment will arrive in two boxes, and not necessarily at the same time.

Update: a second box arrived several days later.

Bed rack was easy to assemble and was packaged nicely in 2 different packages.

The boxes were banged up and taped up but no damage inside.

The items arrived in good shape, 2 boxes.
