The motor works fine and doesn't seem to struggle with a pc tower, two monitors, two stands, and a laptop. Setting pre-sets is intuitive and helpful. It weighs a lot so get help if you need it before trying to move it.
The desk is very sturdy and stands still even as i try to shake it. The quality of materials and overall sturdiness makes it the best desk i've ever owned.

The package comes with a cable mgmt tray so don't buy an extra one. The optional cable management cradle really helps keep everything looking clean. The wire management tray works great and the cable routing ports on the top help quite a bit.
Cons
When you press the controls up or down, it just makes a humming noise and doesn't go anywhere. The memory controller looks like it you have a cathode-ray tube tv. Do yourself a favor and go grab the flex series.
The wires that plug the desk motors together are too long and just hang. They just hang down in your way and make the desk look * and cheap. As this desk is well engineered there is no wiring tray for all of the motor cables and power cable.
The desktop is compressed board, but extremely heavy, so in shipping any corners or edges have been crushed. For example ergotron has a fit calculator they recommend 6'2 for this desk - that's a complete ripoff.

The back of the desk is cut to allow one to easily clamp on a monitor arm but the rest of the edges of the desk are beveled on the underside and the depth is enough to potentially cause problems when mounting mic boom arms and headphone clips
