Pros

Tabletop is a solid 1 of hard wood or wood like material. There is a slight wiggle (less than a wobble) at max height, although it is very insignificant. This is a high quality steel framed sturdy desk that accommodates a wide range of desktop sizes.

I get so many compliments all the time from people to see my work station. I purchased some extras in order to customize my productivity oriented office. My job is remote indefinitely because of the pandemic, and this desk seemed like a great option.

Inexplicably, this saves you $100+ on the price of the end product. Packaging was adequate for the shipment - if you get a damaged one, then someone from fedex seriously tossed the thing around. Easily attached our own desktop of varying sizes.

The motor is smooth and makes a pleasing noise when operated. Raises and lowers with noticeable but not overpowering whiring noise.

Cons

In february of 2021 i try to use the height adjustment features and the panel with the * does not work at all. Won't even light up. Do nothing. Bad customer support.

Shipping

I've also experienced high shipping & handling charges for warranty repair or replacement of less expensive consumer products.

They only asked if i'd agree to ship back the old legs & motors with a prepaid shipping label they would provide.

I'm not sure if it was shipped like this from the factory or if it was damaged in shipping.

There was no charge to me for shipping in either direction.
