The desktop laminate covers the sides fully, so there is no problem with the side trim peeling off. It's just up to you which color tabletop to get! Nice looking form, rounded corners a plus to avoid hard bumps.
The customer service is friendly and speedy. I am very happy with this purchase and now my home office is workable during this coronavirus mess.
Not a squeak, not a hesitation from the motor. Raising & lowering is smooth as silk.
Cons
The instructions are way off. There are things that don’t work as instructed and you have to improvise. The desk top is a high gloss glue on formed material.

I am so pleased by the results, because its solid, gorgeous & unique to me.
0 desk exercise bike with massage bar underneath (with the desk still attached).
I have been extremely impressed with the apexdesk as a standing desk, and definitely think it's worth a close look at purchasing!
There are two major problems with the desk.

Saw this one on amazon and the price and style met my needs.
You can't beat them for the price.
Shipping
Service was excellent, part was broken in shipping, i had it within 2 working days.
Mine showed up with a small ding from shipping but that's ok.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was compact & didn't have a lot of extraneous crap to dig through.
If they included a cable management organizer tray & more mountable clips, that'd be icing on the cake!

I have in the time since replaced the top with a new one i purchased from apexdesk directly the old one got fairly banged up in a move and it was supereasy to replace
