Electric device works with the touch of a botton. Comes with a 2. Usb charger. Easy to use and easy to raise and lower. One complaint is that it only has one usb port.

Set-up was incredibly easy. Once out of the packing material you sit it on the desktop, plug it in, and it is ready to go. That got fixed in a hurry.

The customer service is top notch. Lots of compliments from my coworkers. Love love love a+++. Many of my co-workers are now interested in this.

Cons

The top is not sturdy or not well braced to handle normal office use. It's been very glitchy and has not been reliable. The keyboard holder is mounted with six small screws that screw directly into the particle board with no additional support.

Packaging/appearance

Just remove the desk riser from the packaging and set it up on your desk.

Product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Once out of the packing material you sit it on the desktop, plug it in, and it is ready to go.

Just unpacked, but keyboard on right side does not pull out.

Competitiveness

I have seen veridesk used in other spaces, but honestly, this is just as good, maybe better and cheaper.

I selected this model because i wanted it to be white and the price was very reasonable in comparison with other electric desk converters.

Besides being a very reasonably priced desk riser, the max "weight" load blew all of its competitors away.

However, i read the reviews on the competitors, and sturdiness of the top itself seemed to be an issue with other products.
