The strap has more than enough length, plenty of width, the velcro is very strong. The product itself is very durable - the stitching is verystrong and i have not had any issues with lose threads or torn material.

I highly recommend these weights. They're a little expensive but they've been holding up really well. Can not speak on durablity yet.

I use them for doing an at-home hamstring curl setup. They are able to strap up small enough to stay on while walking, without sliding down my hands. Bought for therapy during knee surgery.

I'm sure i'm just a dingbat, but they seem a lot lighter than what my pt uses. They seem heavier than 5 lbs each but maybe i am just out of shape. I just wish they weren't quite so bulky.

The material is very soft and breathable. I’d take a stretchy fabric over a stiffer one, and these are soft and stretchy. These weights come encased in a wrap that is well made.
