The non slip strips on the inside top edge is good since by the nature of the shape of thighs and how elastic wants to slide to the narrowest point makes most knee sleeves hard to stay where you want them

Unfortunately i ordered the wrong size xl instead of m but couldnt return them because i had already tried them on before realizing i had the wrong size
