Lots of ice packs for knees try to make themselves applicable to other body parts too especially backs and elbows sometimes reducing knee efficiency in the process

It also works on my adult but narrower elbow

I would expect it to work on the knees of most preteens on up except the very skinniest someone with a knee less than 834 circumference and it will fit people whose knees are up to about 2234 circumference as well

The straps are fixed so they cant be changed

I was able to apply it and wear it around the house for about 40 minutes of chores without losing the pack down my legi took it off after that as it was losing its chill

I caught on my shirt and it pulled a few threads

It does come with the ends tucked up inside themselves but needs caution going on and off when the velcro barbs are exposed
