Pros

For 15lbs, this adds another level to the workout. This 20lb vest is truly the weight they say it is. Shown is the 25 pound vest in orange.

The vest is incredibly well-made, with durable materials that withstand everything i put it through. Honestly, it’s amazing. Strong and durable.

Easy to put on, comfortable to wear, well balanced. Small con is it can be a little uncomfortable on the shoulder blades at times.

Cons

The weight of the vest pulls the elastic so that the weighted areas begin to ride too low and uncomfortably on my scapula and collar bones. Waist strap way too short, ends mid belly, doesn't reach snap in buckle.
