Pros

Ratchet or wrench + a philips bit gets the job done. Comes with 1 extra adhesive.

Hanger works well to hold the wire to a headset and hold the headset as well. It has a nice weight to it and feels sturdy. The aluminum on this holder makes it lighter.

This product looks great and works perfectly once installed. Small, inobtrusive and looks decent. Works well and as designed.
