It's light, it's sleek. Just love this new wrinkle. The finger print smudges on the midnight color are not bad at all.

Good battery life, especially on standby. Mag-safe power cord and removal of unloved touch bar are a real plus. I use a 65w usb c charger with this.

Cons

Buyer beware when ordering from this particular link. Maybe apple comes up with a software fix, but not worth waiting around with errant clicks.

Very easy to set up and is fast with great features

Packaging/appearance

Great price, great packaging and works as advertised.

I made the break strictly for the light and elegant macbook and gradually got sucked into the appleverse.

Competitiveness

I use a 65w usb c charger with this and it charges the battery faster than the default charger it comes with.

They're faster than their 256gb base counterpart.

I also decided to upgrade to 16gb of memory instead of going for a 512gb ssd.

I think i would just go for a 14inch macbook pro.
