Pros

The speed and power of the computer is unbeatable for this price range. It now boots very quickly and seems to have less problems with the os clean-installed on that ssd. It also works well for icloud documents which disappear from the local drive aft... Read More

Retina display is on point and just as i hoped it to be. No more frustration. Customer service is first class.

There is a learning curve, but downloading my google browser that i used before, has made the transition much easier. My old imac could not be upgraded to sierra. Expected a tiny lag in the start up on catalina os but looking to upgrade it soon.

The dolby atmos and general spatial sound sounds phenomenal. The 21 inch screen is so bright and the machine is soo fast. The screen is phenomenal, and the extra resolution is a godsend when editing videos or working on high resolution files.

Cons

Computer responds slowly to keyboard and mouse that it came with. Trying to sign in is a nightmare when your keyboard doesn't work. Will junk it or try to upgrade the hard drive in it myself. Year old laptop runs much faster than this.

Wasted money, steer clear. Inquired about refund timetable and have not received a response.
