I had minor issues with two of them with one touch assist was turned on i had to access “settingsgtgeneralgtaccessibilitygttouch accommodations” to turn off with the other it had to be placed in recover mode to be reset again making sure my computer had the latest version of itunes httpssupport

This ipad is pretty good but would recommend getting the new retina screen
