Pros

The screen is pristine. The battery life is close to 100%. There are no dents or scratch on the screen.

Cosmetically it looks brand new. No signs of having been preowned. Totally physically clean, no scratches or any sign of wear.

Service from vendor is non existent. Its used. I want my refund and my return postage refunded!

Half the bubble wrap was popped because of the ipad / charging bouncing around inside. Charger cord and plug are not even made by apple. Now, 2 months later the charger is faulty again.

I already had the original apple chargers so i haven’t used the one that came with the product yet.

All functions are as expected, quality was perfect.

It's an ipad, so expect good quality.

Loved the ipad but i had an issue with the battery other than that would have kept the item.

The only downside was that i was expecting it to be in better packaging and there was a slight scratch on the ipad.

I don’t have to strain to see the screen.

Considering this is a 2018 model, it couldn't be in better conditions and i couldn't have gotten a better deal.
