The display is phenomenal. Watching movies and shows is also a fantastic experience being all-screen. All 4 speakers work and are loud and clear.

Bought a renewed ipad pro to replace my old ipad air. Will definitely be buying ‘excellent condition refurbished’ from now on. Here’s my experience with my new-to-me ipad to help anyone who may be skeptical or afraid to pull the trigger.

Cons

The terminology renewed is deceptive and misleading. The warranty is only 90 days. It is ok to save on generic packaging, but even a refurb should, imho, come with all apple parts.

The charger is faulty. The battery takes a full 10 hours if not more to recharge from 0 percent.

The ipad has a dent in the rear aluminum. The screen has yellowing along the horizontal top and bottom.

This 2018 ipad pro is still very fast and worth it in 2023.

Packaging/appearance

The only downside was that i was expecting it to be in better packaging and there was a slight scratch on the ipad.

Competitiveness

I feel like i have a brand new ipad pro in my hands for half the price of a brand new one.
