Pros
As such, it's better than anything else out there, certainly for the price. My only non-deal breaker complaints are 1. Great product overall and 2. Customer service is actually really friendly aswell.
Screen is pristine. No signs of having been preowned. No dents or scratches on the back of the ipad. Only scratch is around the power button.
Item looks brand new and is flawless. The only difference is the box it came in. Honestly never purchased a refurbished item but this one gives me faith in recycling electronics.
Cons
This is the 2nd refurbished ipad i have purchased that had the same issue by a 3rd party seller. It also was not charging on one side - indicates maybe one side of connector was bad.
Do not purchase from these guys, it seems like a scam. I want my refund and my return postage refunded!

Price
The cost was a bit steep, but it is apple, what else is there to say.
Kind of annoyed that the price dropped $15 the day after i got it but hey.
Packaging/appearance
Although it did seem the packaging could have been better….
Overall ipad was packaging was very protected.
Competitiveness
Looked as good as new and amazing for the price listed.
I needed a ipad pro at a cheaper price….

Some very minor scratches on the screen corners but to be expected for a used ipad also no cracks on the screen

The only flaw is some scratches around the upper power button but all thats important is that the screen is pristine
