No problem synchronizing the bluetooth it worked right away

Only complain is that sometimes there is a slight delay between pressing the key on the keyboard and actually seeing the letter on the screen

I have not had to charge it since the initial charge and that was at least dec 10 and it is dec 20

This is the second case that i bought at least your case came with some instructions as to how ipad should fit in the case of still doesnt fit perfectly but i can work with it i am not sure i ordered the correct case

Some are saying that it wont lock the ipad when you close the case but that is dependent upon whether or not you have it configured to do so in your settings
